We accept returns on merchandise 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including all tags and/or packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of your pre-paid return label will be deducted from your refund amount. Once we receive your returned item(s) for inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to process. You will be refunded for your item(s) only. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Items marked as "Vintage", “Custom”, “Personalized”, “Clearance”, “Seconds”, “Grab Bag”, or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you are seeking an exchange, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
