Operations Coordinator - Full Time - Salary Range: $42-46K/year
Responsible for the day to day operations of production & shipping. Duties will include but are not limited to: preparing orders on a daily basis, labeling & monitoring inventory, creating reports of what needs to be produced/replenished, transferring packages to retail location & shipping partners, prep for and execute pop-ups & special events.
- Prior experience with shipping and managing inventory is required.
- Knowledge of Shopify preferred but not required.
- Prior Experience in merchandise & apparel preferred but not required.
- Self starter who can work independently within our production and shipping practices.
- Problem solving skills, with a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable with project management and coordinating with other staff.
- Consistent and reliable communication and feedback with management.
- Sharp eye for detail and quality control.
Graphic Designer - Freelance - Rates Negotiable
We are looking for someone with an experienced background in professional graphic design. Design scope will consist of envisioning and creating apparel designs as well as creating overall marketing and branding concepts. Two (2) - Three (3) years of professional design experience and examples of prior work required. This position is freelance, with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant design applications & tools is required (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Candidate should be capable of blending their unique style with the N.B. GOODS aesthetic.
- Open to feedback to ensure designs work with production methods & brand guidelines.
- Generally familiar with different production techniques
- Comfortable coordinating with other staff.
- Consistent and reliable communication and feedback with management.
- Prior Experience in merchandise & apparel design preferred.
Production Assistant - Part Time (20-30 hrs/week) - $22/hr
Responsible for production duties as well as assisting operations coordinator with daily shipping & inventory tasks. Duties will include but are not limited to: using light production equipment to print hats and apparel, quality control and counting of incoming inventory, preparing shipping supplies, folding/organizing/labeling inventory, assisting at pop-up & special events as needed.
- Prior experience with shipping and managing inventory is preferred but not required.
- Prior experiences with heat press equipment or basic sewing is preferred but not required.
- Self starter who can work independently within our production and shipping practices.
- Problem solving skills, with a can-do attitude.
- Sharp eye for detail and quality control.
- Consistent and reliable communication and feedback with management.
